- Create discipleship curriculum for Fall 2018
GOAL 1: Lose 15 pounds
Week 1 has been pretty successful. I have eaten mostly well and I am actually down 4 pounds! Of course, I don’t expect to continue losing at that pace. I am completely okay with losing 1 pound per week. I have been exercising by walking outside and I had forgotten how much I actually enjoy getting my feet on the pavement. My distance and speed is a bit pathetic, but progress is progress and each day I got a little better!
GOAL 2: Declutter my house
This week’s goal was to declutter my office and I started in on the task. However, I did not complete the entire office. Sigh.
GOAL 3: Create discipleship curriculum for Fall 2018
The prequel to the discipleship curriculum is our church’s LeadTrack class. This class is meeting all through the summer and we are still putting the finishing touches on the curriculum so I spent my time working on that. Once we finish the LeadTrack curriculum, I can work on the discipleship section. So, I’m still counting this as progress made toward my goal!
